Return & Warranty

1. RETURN

If you received defective, damaged, wrong item or no matter what the reason is, you can request a replacement (for refund or exchange) within 14 DAYS of receipt. Please contact us at support@aronswatches.com to schedule the return and prepare a prepaid return label. We will cover all costs of returning shipment.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

**Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

1.1 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

1.2 Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you should recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@aronswatches.com.

 

1.3 Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

 

2. WARRANTY

ARONS warrants your watch for ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase. It covers any manufacturing defects. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work correctly and prove to be defective in material or craftsmanship under regular use, we will repair or replace your watch for free. 

Please note that it does not cover batteries, leather straps, lens or cases, or any damages to the watch caused by normal wear and tear, aging, accidents, misuse, neglect, careless handling or unjustifiable modification and repair.

Please keep your receipt for all warranty claims. It is only valid with a copy of the original purchase receipt, this is required for proof of date of purchase.
